On September 17, 2008, Green County EMS, Inc. put a new vehicle into service.  In addition to Ambulances 801 and 802, we now have Rapid Response Vehicle 800 (RRV).  RRV is a 2004 Chevy Trailblazer.  It carries medical equipment for use up to the Intermediate Technician level and is staffed on an "as available" basis.  Our short term goal for RRV is to simply get medical personnel on scene a little faster.  Our long term goal will be to provide advanced level care, including Advanced Cardiac Life Support, to Monroe and all of the surrounding communities.
