Stryker Cot
The choice of cot for Green County EMS is the Stryker Power Pro XT. One in each ambulance. It is a power lift stretcher. The cot is powered by a 24 volt DeWalt battery, made specifically for Stryker, which runs a hydrolic marine motor. The cot is rated for 700 Lbs, and the motor will lift all of it. Green County EMS purchased these cots in December of 2005 and has never had a problem with them. Unlike earlier versions of the lift assist cots
